All-rounder Hardik Pandya has been having a dream run as he first led Gujarat Titans to an IPL title of their debut season and now, he has been chosen to steer Team India within the upcoming two-match T20I collection towards Ireland, starting June 26. In IPL 2022, Hardik registered 487 runs and took eight wickets other than displaying his captaincy credentials, and his performances have been properly recognised by the Indian selectors and crew administration. Before the fourth T20I towards South Africa, Hardik was requested about his feelings on being named captain.
